We started Replen for those people — busy professionals, students, hard gainers, and anyone who wants a nutritious meal without the time or cost of traditional meal preparation.

Her Story
I didn't start Replen to build a brand.
I started it because I was watching someone I love disappear.
Not dramatically. Not all at once. Just slowly — the way a person shrinks when life keeps pulling the rug from under them. Bad circumstances. Wrong environments. A body running on nothing because everything else took priority over eating well.
I would make it for him. He would take it. I would watch it work — actually work — and then life would happen again and he would go back to where he started and I would have to watch it all unravel.
Most people would have stopped making it.
I didn't.
Not because I was sure it would work. But because I knew what it could do when he stayed consistent. I had seen it with my own eyes. And I refused to let that knowledge sit in a kitchen and go nowhere.
So I kept refining it. Kept improving it. Kept making it better even when he wasn't there to take it. Because somewhere in me I knew — this wasn't just for him. This was for every person walking around in a body they have quietly given up on. Every person telling themselves they will fix it tomorrow. Every person who deserves better than what they have been giving themselves.
Replen exists because I believed in what it could do before anyone else did.

His Story
I'm 6'3" and I weigh just 56 kg. At my height, that's classified as severe thinness.
I get winded walking up a flight of stairs. I look in the mirror and I don't recognise the body looking back at me. I have watched myself shrink — not once, not twice — but every single time life pulled me away from the environment where I was actually taking care of myself.
I kept telling myself I would fix it. I kept telling myself tomorrow. And then one day I just stopped lying to myself.
I wasn't sick. I wasn't cursed. I was just underfed, underslept, and under-invested in the one thing that was supposed to carry me through everything else. My own body.
That was the moment Replen started. Not in a factory. Not in a boardroom. In a kitchen, with a woman who had been making this for me long before I deserved it. Who watched it work when I was consistent. Who kept making it even when I wasn't. Who never stopped believing the product would work if I would just stop abandoning myself.
She was right.
